To confirm a tour booking, a 50% deposit of your selected tour must be paid in order to secure a confirmed booking.We accept Visa, MasterCard & or cash. Belize unknown request that the remaining balance for your tour be made in cash or credit card at the time of departure of your schedule tour.

after a secured booking is made, please inform us via email as soon as possible, should there arise any changes that will affect your schedule date of arrivaland planned day of tour with us.

Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

Full refund on deposits is granted if cancellation is made from the booking date to 2 weeks in advance of schedule tour.

If cancellation is made within the period of 2 weeks to 2 days prior to tour, 10% service charge will be deducted from the deposit.

No refund if cancellation is made 1 day (24 hours) prior to tour.

No refund for no show.

If your tour is cancelled by Belize Unknown due to inclement weather, your reservation deposit be refunded to you in full.

When you book a package tour with us you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself & your party while on the tour.

We reserve the right to terminate your package tour or that of any member of your party due to misconduct.

If your actions or that of any other member of your party cause damage to the tour equipment or accomodations in which you are staying, you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim made against us or on behalf of the owners of such equipment & accomodations.
